Workout

I decided that it was time for me to start working out again because school and dance season was about to start. bad idea!!! I took a shower tonight then stretched and did squats, push-ups, splits, arm rolls, etc. I'm feeling not so hot right now so I can't wait to see how terrible I'll feel in the morning.

Haircut

K. I'm getting my haircut soon before school starts and I was thinking maybe something like this for my bangs. I'm not positive yet because they are so short. Post a comment of your opinion. And email me pictures of ones you think I should get. Thanks!!!

Dulce

Hey!!! We are in St. John today which is by St. John ( Lo and Sarah) and Maine.

Yesterday we met them ( Lo,Sarah,TJ,Mrs. Melinda, and their grandmother) at the market. As we were walking Mrs. Melinda was like you have to eat this, I ate it when I was pregnant, lots of iron. It was dulce (like seaweed). OMgosh It was sooooooooooo disgusting!!

Then we ate at a breakfast place Coras. It was not disgusting. We went shopping after that and then to Kredls for ice cream ( mmmmmmmmmmm!!!)

TJ's birthday party was that night ( happy late b-day TJ!!!!) so we went to there house and met everyone again. The kids played capture the flag, it was FUN!!! We had to get on the road again before the party started though ( bummer ). Here are some pics:

Where we are staying right now I'm not capable to upload images. But We are doing great. We made it to Novia Scotia and we walked around in Halifax. Did you know it was the world's 2nd largest natural harbor?
Then we drove up to Peggy's Cove which is this pretty powerful looking lighthouse. It was said to be one of the most photographed lighthouses. After taking pictures I saw these two men with this huge dog. It started coming over to me with this goofy grin on its face. I asked if I could pet it and they said yeah. So my mom took a picture of me with him. He was a Siberian Husky.

My first night in Niagra we went to this wax museum.

Hunger Games

I just finished this really good book, Hunger Games, by Suzanne Collins.
It tells of a 16 year old girl, Katniss, who lives in District 12 in a futuristic country, Panem, which used to be North America. Every year there is an event in which two representatives from each district, a boy and girl from the ages 12 and 18, compete in a fight to the death at the Capital.
What Katniss doesn't count on is having her younger sister, Prim's, name drawn. In a bold move to protect 12-year-old Prim, Katniss steps up and takes her place. Now she will be forced to fight with the 23 other contestants.
I'm really looking forward to the next installation due in fall 2009, Catching Fire.

4th of July

Have a Happy 4th! Remember to be careful around fireworks. I'm going down to the river to barbecue and light up the sky!

My Dance Team

Here is my dance team, I am the Captain of 21 girls ranging from 6TH to 8TH grade. I love each of them tons and look forward to many football and basketball game half-times!
